60 Minute Initial Consultation and Treatment

We will take anywhere from 5-15 minutes, depending on your story and the goals of treatment, discussing your health history and cultivating a plan of wellness. From here, we will move into an evaluation of your physical self, discussing current discomforts. This information will then be used to craft the most optimal approach for rehabilitation

30-45 Minute Evaluation and Treatment

A quick check-in, perhaps following up on our current treatment plan after a few sessions, or discussing a newfound ache or pain. Ideal for quick, minimal maintenance and adjustments or discussing our current plan.

60 Minute Evaluation and Treatment

A more standard session length allows for a more versatile approach to the requests of the body for the day.

Ideal for continuing with initial rehabilitation while maintaining time for maintenance of other systems.

75-90 Minute Evaluation and Treatment

A longer, slower session for those who enjoy more space to decompress throughout their physical treatment.

Designed for sessions requiring more extensive treatment, maintenance, or treatment plans heavily involving nerve or craniosacral treatment.
